Psychometric and Aptitude Assessments

CAREER DISCOVERY PROCESS

Step 1

Student will go through detailed online psychometric and aptitude assessments. This helps in evaluating the student's skills, abilities and passion.

Student undertakes five online career and psychometric assessments:

  • Aptitude

  • Interest

  • Personality

  • Emotional Intelligence

  • General Awareness

Once the assessments are submitted online, within a few days the results report i.e. "Career Discovery Report" will be emailed. This will be followed by a detailed career counselling session with our career counsellor.

Career Counselling and Guidance Session

Student and parents will now attend a detailed and personalized career counselling session with our career counsellor Mr. Farzad Minoo Damania.

During the career counselling session, "Career Discovery Report" will be explained in detail. Mr. Damania will guide on which career options suit the student, and the process of getting into these careers (i.e. entrance exams, courses, specializations, job avenues, future scope, and growth prospects of the careers).

To further aid in decision-making, career maps for all recommended careers will be thoroughly deliberated, offering a visual representation of the paths student can take. Also topics related to developing the student's aptitude, career awareness, street smartness, profile building, and importance of developing additional skills and certification courses for futuristic careers will be discussed.

Our structured career counselling session will help the student make informed career decision. By the end of the session, the student and parents will have a clearer understanding of the options available to them and the steps they can take to achieve the career goals.
